The Battle for Late Night: This special wades into the networks' struggle for talk-show supremacy (10 p.m. A&E).

Inside the Perfect Predator: The hunting prowess of the cheetahs, sharks, crocodiles and falcons are detailed in this new special (10 p.m. Animal Planet).


Moon: Sam Rockwell is the sole occupant of a lunar mining station — or is he? — in this 2009 sci-fi fable (5:35 p.m. Starz).
