Supernatural: The spooky drama starring Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles reaches the 100-episode mark (9 p.m. KTLA).

Fringe: Peter Weller ("Robocop," "The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai") guest stars on a new episode (9 p.m. Fox).

The Sarah Silverman Program: The irreverent comedy series ends its third season (midnight Comedy Central).


The Secret History of the Atom Bomb: The origins of nuclear arms race are explored (6 and 9 p.m. National Geographic).

Saturday Night Live in the 2000s: Time and Again: This new special recalls the sketch comedy series' most memorable moments from the last decade (9 p.m. NBC).

Treme: Beyond Bourbon Street: This special offers a behind-the-scenes look at the gritty new series (9:30 p.m. HBO).


Major Barbara: Turner Classic Movies' salute to George Bernard Shaw kicks off with this 1941 film version of the playwright's durable social satire. Wendy Hiller and Rex Harrison star (5 p.m. TCM).

Pierrepoint: The Last Hangman: "Harry Potter's" Timothy Spall stars in this fact-based 2006 drama (10 p.m. Sundance).


Baseball: The Nationals visit the Phillies (noon, MLB), the Angels play the Yankees (4 p.m. FSN, MLB) and the Dodgers host the Diamondbacks (7 p.m. FS Prime).

Soccer: The Philadelphia Union takes on Toronto FC (4 p.m. ESPN2).

Hockey: In playoff action, the Canadiens meet the Capitals (4 p.m. VS) and the Kings challenge the Canucks (7 p.m. VS).
