They’re young (or in some cases, they can afford the surgery to make them look young). They’re wealthy. And with the help of a few networks (and curious viewers) they’re on TV.

The latest glimpse into the world of obnoxiously wealthy party kids comes courtesy of the CW’s new series ‘High Society,’ the second episode of which airs tonight.
