Criminal Minds: The con artist being pursued by the team in this new episode eliminates his victims once he’s done with them. Annabeth Gish guest stars as one of his targets. With Joe Mantegna, Thomas Gibson and Shemar Moore (9 p.m. CBS).

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit: When a young woman (Deborah Ann Woll) goes missing, her boyfriend (Bobby Campo) points Detectives Benson and Stabler (Mariska Hargitay, Christopher Meloni) in the direction of a neighbor and convicted bank robber (Stephen Rea) (9 p.m. NBC).

American Idol: This episode marks the final auditions before the Hollywood round (9 p.m. Fox).

Launch My Line: In the conclusion of the two-part season finale, the designers get a surprise visit from a Grammy Award-winning entertainer and a shot of inspiration as they prepare their collections for the fashion show (9 p.m. Bravo).

Steven Seagal Lawman: Deputy Chief Seagal and his team rush to the scene of a fatal drive-by shooting in the season finale (10 p.m. A&E).

Shear Genius: Stylists must give punk rockers a more polished look in the season premiere of this unscripted hairstyling show (10 p.m. Bravo).
