Sports Jobs With Junior Seau: In this new episode, Junior joins up with Boston’s legendary ‘Bullgang’ crew to convert a sports arena’s playing surface from ice to hardwood and back again in 36 hours (7 p.m. VS).

The New Adventures of Old Christine: Christine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) reluctantly attends her neighbor’s (Molly Shannon) holiday block party, where she discovers a juicy secret about her hostess in this new episode. Michaela Watkins also guest stars. (8 p.m. CBS).

So You Think You Can Dance: The season finale features performances by Adam Lambert, Leona Lewis and the Groovaloos before this season’s winner is announced (8 p.m. Fox).

Top Chef: Las Vegas: This special episode features a reunion of contestants from the whole season. With Andy Cohen, Padma Lakshmi, Tom Colicchio, Gail Simmons and Toby Young (9 p.m. Bravo).

Ghost Hunters: The team investigates the Hindenburg crash site in the season finale (9 p.m. Syfy).

Ghost Hunters Academy: Steve Gonsalves and Dave Tango give their students the final exam on the season finale (10 p.m. Syfy).

The Maltese Falcon: Dashiell Hammett’s hard-boiled private eye, Sam Spade (Humphrey Bogart), searches for a jewel-encrusted statue he comes to realize is ‘the stuff that dreams are made of.’ Mary Astor, Sydney Greenstreet and Peter Lorre also star in this 1941 film noir classic (5 p.m. TCM). Bogart, Greenstreet and Lorre also star in the 1942 classic ‘Casablanca,’ about an exiled and bitter American (Humphrey Bogart) running a popular nightclub in Morocco who falls in love again with his one-time sweetheart (Ingrid Bergman), who is married to a resistance hero (Paul Henreid) (7 p.m. TCM).
