Glee: As Quinn's secret unravels, the Glee club may not recover in time to compete for sectionals, and Will makes a potentially life-changing decision in this new episode (9 p.m. Fox).

MythBusters: Adam and Jamie test an old gun-slinging myth (9 p.m. Discovery).

Nostradamus Effect: In the new episode "Armageddon Battle Plan," researchers explore the writings contained in the Dead Sea Scrolls, which detail a future apocalyptic war that will end the world, and claim to find an amazing "coincidence" between events that are unfolding now and those foretold in the War Scroll (9 p.m. History).

Steven Seagal Lawman: Deputy Chief Seagal and his team call in a K-9 unit to search for a burglary suspect who might still be inside a house, then the movie star apprehends a man who broke into a woman's home while fleeing from police in a new episode of the unscripted series (10 and 10:30 p.m. A&E).

Top Chef: Las Vegas: After jumping through a series of daunting culinary hoops, the top three "cheftestants" reassemble with a new assignment: cooking the best meal of their lives for head judge Tom Colicchio, host Padma Lakshmi and their fellow judges in the season finale of this unscripted cooking competition (10 p.m. Bravo).

Spectacle: Elvis Costello's new series premieres with Bono and the Edge (10 p.m. Sundance).

Conspiracy Theory With Jesse Ventura: Former Gov. Jesse Ventura (I-Minn.) looks at a claims that the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks were an inside job rather than the work of terrorists (10 p.m. Tru).

Campus PD: This new unscripted series gives the "Cops" treatment to college police departments. In the premiere, officers respond to a possible alcohol overdose and confront a suspected vending machine vandal (11 p.m. G4).

SPECIALS

L.A. Holiday Celebration: This one-hour special presents highlights of the festive performance at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion of the Music Center last Christmas Eve. More than 1,000 performers participate in the holiday-themed show, which has been sponsored annually since 1960 by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors (8 p.m. KCET).

The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show: Alessandra Ambrosio, Miranda Kerr, Doutzen Kroes and Marisa Miller are among the lingerie models starring in this holiday-themed runway show at the annual event in New York. The Black Eyed Peas perform (9 p.m. KTLA).

Barbara Walters Presents the 10 Most Fascinating People of 2009: This annual special features interviews with some of the year's top newsmakers (10 p.m. ABC).

MOVIES

The Hunt for Red October: The first -- and possibly the best -- of the films based on Tom Clancy's spy novels featuring heroic CIA agent Jack Ryan casts Alec Baldwin in that role. Sean Connery, Sam Neill, Scott Glenn, Richard Jordan and Joss Ackland also star in this 1990 adventure (8 p.m. AMC).

SPORTS

Pro basketball: The Utah Jazz visit the Lakers (7:30 p.m. FSN).

Hockey: The Kings visit the San Jose Sharks (7:30 p.m. FS Prime).
