King of Kings: Director Nicholas Ray’s 1961 biography of Jesus stars Jeffrey Hunter in the title role. Siobhan McKenna plays his mother, Mary, and Rip Torn portrays Judas (6 p.m. TCM).

A Christmas Carol: George C. Scott brings all his famous crustiness to the role of Ebenezer Scrooge in this 1984 adaptation of the Charles Dickens classic. Edward Woodward, Joanne Whalley-Kilmer and Angela Pleasence also star (8 p.m. AMC).

The Three Gifts: Three orphaned boys temporarily stay with a couple during the holidays in this 2009 holiday drama (8 p.m. Hallmark).
