Survivor: Samoa: The winner is chosen in the two-hour series finale (8 p.m. CBS) and the full cast returns for the end of season reunion following at 10 p.m.

Keeping Up With the Kardashians: Khloé needs professional help to deal with her anger issues toward Scott in this new episode (10 p.m. E!).

Meet the Natives: USA: In the series finale, the ambassadors from the Pacific island spend time with a family on a U.S. Army base in Georgia, then meet with Gen. Colin Powell before heading back home to Tanna (10 p.m. Travel).

Two Weeks in Hell: This special focuses on the two-week selection process for the Army's Green Berets (8 p.m. Discovery).

Christmas in Washington 2009: Mary J. Blige, Neil Diamond, Sugarland, Rob Thomas, Usher and Justin Bieber are among the performers scheduled for this holiday special hosted by George Lopez (8 p.m. TNT).

Sniper: Inside the Crosshairs: This two-hour special examines the science and psychology behind some of the greatest shots in military history, lone snipers who serve as the deadliest weapon on the battlefield (9 p.m. History).

Secrets of the Secret Service: A profile of America's most-mysterious law enforcement agency (10 p.m. Discovery).

King of Kings: Director Nicholas Ray's 1961 biography of Jesus stars Jeffrey Hunter in the title role. Siobhan McKenna plays his mother, Mary, and Rip Torn portrays Judas (6 p.m. TCM).

A Christmas Carol: George C. Scott brings all his famous crustiness to the role of Ebenezer Scrooge in this 1984 adaptation of the Charles Dickens classic. Edward Woodward, Joanne Whalley-Kilmer and Angela Pleasence also star (8 p.m. AMC).

The Three Gifts: Three orphaned boys temporarily stay with a couple during the holidays in this 2009 holiday drama (8 p.m. Hallmark).

Golden Christmas: Andrea Roth and Bruce Davison star in this TV holiday special about a special dog that helps a woman reunite with a friend that she met years earlier as a child (9 p.m. ION).
