CONSPIRACY: Clive Owen and Naomi Watts star in director Tom Tykwer's convoluted but stylish 2009 thriller "The International," at 9 p.m. on Starz.

SERIES

Made: A real-life glee club, dating do's and don'ts, a would-be ladies' man and a pageant princess are featured in a mini-marathon of new episodes (3, 4, 5 and 6 p.m. MTV).

Doctor Who: A special epsiode takes a look back at David Tennant's run as the titular time traveler on the long-running sci-fi series; Tennant's final episode, "The End of Time (Part 2)," follows immediately after (5, 5:30, 8, 8:30, 11 and 11:30 p.m. BBC America).

Demons: A young man (Christian Cooke) must follow in the footsteps of a vampire-hunting ancestor, the legendary Van Helsing, in this new supernatural drama (7 and 10 p.m. BBC America).

Underdog to Wonderdog: There are more canine makeovers in store as this reality series returns for a new season (8 p.m. Animal Planet).

World's Strictest Parents: Two teens learn the value of a hard day's work on an Idaho farm in this new episode of the reality series (8 p.m. CMT).

It's Me or the Dog: Host Victoria Stilwell helps more couples cope with their problematic pooches as the series returns with new episodes (9 p.m. Animal Planet).

Pet Psychic Encounters: Sonya Fitzpatrick tries to help animals and their owners get on the same wavelength in this new series (10 p.m. Animal Planet).

Styl'd: The winner is announced on the season finale of this reality competition (10 p.m. MTV).

The Dish: The chatty, catty fashioned-themed series takes a look back at 2009's best and worst (10 p.m. Style).

I Get That a Lot: Jessica Simpson, Heidi Klum, Ice-T, Jeff Probst, LeAnn Rimes and Mario Lopez are featured in this encore hidden-camera special (8 p.m. CBS).

MOVIES

The Soloist: Jamie Foxx and Robert Downey Jr. star in this fact-based 2009 drama about a homeless musician and the newspaper reporter who befriends him (8 p.m. HBO).

Bangkok Dangerous: Nicolas Cage stars in this 2008 remake of a 1999 action tale from Thailand (10 p.m. Showtime).

High school football: The country's best young players compete in the All-America Game (8 a.m. ESPN).

College football: Northern Illinois vs. South Florida in the International Bowl (9 a.m. ESPN2); Mississippi vs. Oklahoma State in the Cotton Bowl (11 a.m. Fox); Connecticut vs. South Carolina in the Papajohns.com Bowl (11 a.m. ESPN); Arkansas vs. East Carolina in the Liberty Bowl (2:30 p.m. ESPN); and Michigan State vs. Texas Tech in the Alamo Bowl (6 p.m. ESPN).
