Juju Chang to replace Chris Cuomo on 'GMA'; Cuomo offered '20/20'

The expected announcement by ABC this week that “This Week” anchor George Stephanopoulos will succeed Diane Sawyer as the new co-anchor of “Good Morning America” is triggering some other changes on the program. According to a source familiar with the situation, correspondent Juju Chang has been offered the position of news anchor on the morning show. She would replace Chris Cuomo, who was in the running to replace Sawyer but is not expected to remain on the show when Stephanopoulos arrives. ABC executives hope to keep Cuomo at the network, however, and are in “very active discussions” with him about co-anchoring the newsmagazine “20/20” and getting an expanded reporting role across the news division, the source said.

George S.? I was not the biggest fan of Chris Quomo and his rah rah Obama commentaries, but it will be a cold day in hell before I tune in to watch/listen to George S. I could barely watch a news program on ABC with all the koolaid drinkers during the presidential campaign. I didn't realize that one of the requirements of working for ABC was being a card toting democrat. It would have been nice to see you hire someone outside of your party lines who could liven up your programs instead of the same ole' dribble day to day!

The reason I watch GMA is for Cuomo he is young, smart, funny and sexy and hot to look at. I hope he is the replacement for Sawyer. I will be following his next move. Cuomo I will miss watching you every morning.

I am sorry to see both diane and chris leave the show.they gave gma a lot of class and a reason to get up in the morning. they will be missed. your ratings are not going to be looking too good. i hope you dont loose robin, also a lovely brave person, there would be no reason left to watch your show.
