A Muppets Christmas: Letters to Santa: Kermit and company accidentally intercept three children's letters to St. Nick, and vow to hand-deliver them to the North Pole themselves with a little help from their friends. The episode of SGU that you refer to isn't the season finale, it's the mid-season finale. Season 1 has 20 episodes, not 10.
