Michaele and Tereq Salahi, the couple who allegedly crashed the Obama administration’s state dinner last week, will be interviewed by Matt Lauer on Tuesday on ‘Today,’ NBC News officials announced.

[UPDATE] Megan Kopf, a spokeswoman for NBC News, told the Associated Press that the network was not paying for the morning show appearance. “NBC News does not and will not pay for interviews, and this is no exception,” Kopf said this evening.
