Destination Truth: In the season finale, Josh Gates and his crew are in the small Himalayan nation of Bhutan in search of one of the most enduring and elusive legendary creatures ever: the migoi -- which you may know as the abominable snowman, yeti, sasquatch or Bigfoot (10 p.m. SyFy).

Flowers Uncut: This new unscripted series revolves around Jeff Leatham, a floral designer with a larger-than-life personality who specializes in big events and big names (10 p.m. TLC).

Johnny Mercer: The Dream’s on Me: Music lover Clint Eastwood executive produced this affectionate profile of the affable, gap-toothed Georgian who penned the lyrics, music or both to some of the most beloved songs of the 20th century, including ‘Hooray for Hollywood,’ ‘On the Atchison, Topeka and the Santa Fe,’ ‘Moon River’ and ‘Days of Wine and Roses.’ The special includes both extensive performance clips and archival interview footage (5 and 9 p.m. TCM).

Bill Cosby: The Mark Twain Prize 2009: A roster of top-flight American comics including Jerry Seinfeld and Chris Rock salutes the Emmy-winning actor as he becomes the recipient of the 12th Annual Mark Twain Prize for American Humor (8 and 9:30 p.m. KCET).

Top Chef All Stars Dinner: In this new special, Fabio Viviani, a fifth-season alumnus of the cooking competition, hosts a gathering of fellow ‘Top Chef’ chefs (including Harold Dieterle, Ilan Hall, Hung Huynh and fan favorites Tiffani Faison, Marcel Vigneron, Dale Levitski, Casey Thompson, Richard Blais, Lisa Fernandes, Carla Hall and Stefan Richter) who reminisce about their experiences and face a new challenge (10 p.m. Bravo).
