EVOLUTION: The science series "Nova" presents the docudrama "Darwin's Darkest Hour," starring Henry Ian Cusick and Frances O'Connor, at 8 p.m. on KCET.

The Biggest Loser: The contestants get locked out of the kitchen and must figure out how to eat healthfully on their own in this new episode of the weight-loss-themed reality series (8 p.m. NBC).

NCIS: Los Angeles: An armed, unmanned aerial vehicle vanishes into thin air in this new episode of the action drama (9 p.m. CBS).

Dancing With the Stars: Another celebrity and his or her partner get the boot (9 p.m. ABC).

So You Think You Can Dance: The auditions continue (9 p.m. Fox).

Dirty Jobs: Host Mike Rowe tries his hand at marine salvage and mattress recycling (9 p.m. Discovery)

The Fifth Element: Bruce Willis, Milla Jovovich, Chris Tucker and Gary Oldman star in director Luc Besson's fashion-forward 1997 sci-fi fantasy (6:30 p.m. HBO).

The Bourne Ultimatum: Matt Damon is back as the amnesiac former assassin in this 2007 installment in the action series based on the Robert Ludlum espionage novels (8 p.m. Cinemax).
