Bud Greenspan Presents: Beijing 2008: America's Olympic Glory: Highlights and behind-the-scenes footage (7 p.m. Showtime).

U.S. Marshals: Operation Falcon: This new series follows U.S. Marshals on a fugitive hunt for America's most wanted felons and violent criminals (9 and 10 p.m. Discovery).

All Worked Up: This new series follows people whose jobs sometimes trigger rage from others (9 and 9:30 p.m. TRU).

The Big Bang Theory: Wil Wheaton guest stars as Sheldon's nemesis in this new episode (9:30 p.m. CBS).

CSI: Miami: With a deadly outbreak threatening the people of Miami, Dr. Woods (Khandi Alexander) returns to help Horatio (David Caruso) and the team. With Emily Procter, Eddie Cibrian and Adam Rodriguez (10 p.m. CBS).

Extreme Paranormal: In this series new, paranormal investigators Shaun, Nathan and Jason try to provoke spirits of the dead to learn the truth behind chilling legends. In the premiere they re-create moments from a prison riot that claimed the lives of 33 convicts at the New Mexico State Penitentiary in 1980 (10 p.m. A&E).

Million Dollar Listing: After Josh's grandmother offers him advice on how to cope in a depressed real estate market he lists a parcel of land in a golfing community and tries to sign a deal in Bel Air, both in less than 24 hours (10 p.m. Bravo).

Latin Music USA: In the first hour of this new special, Mexican-Americans in California, Texas and elsewhere in the Southwest create their own musical voice during the latter half of the 20th century and play a key role in the struggle for Chicano rights (9 p.m. KCET).

Pot City, USA: This new special follows law enforcement officers in Northern California as they look for illegal marijuana growers (9 p.m. A&E).

Schmatta: Rags to Riches to Rags: Filmmaker Marc Levin's new documentary tells the story of the square mile of Manhattan's West Side that makes up the New York Garment District, that spawned the country's industrial labor movement and played a key role in politics (9 p.m. HBO).

MOVIES

Made of Honor: A playboy (Patrick Dempsey) realizes he's in love with his longtime friend from college (Michelle Monaghan), just as she returns from an overseas trip with a new (Kevin McKidd) in this 2008 romantic comedy. With Sydney Pollack (10:45 p.m. Starz).

Soccer: Fulham vs. Hull City (11:55 a.m. ESPN2).
