ABC picks up a full season of 'FlashForward'
ABC confirmed Monday that the network has ordered a full season of its rookie drama "FlashForward." The news follows last week's pickups for the network's first-year comedies "Modern Family," "The Middle" and "Cougar Town."
In its Thursday-night timeslot, "FlashForward" ranks No. 1 among the coveted adults 18-to-49 demo, making it the first regular scripted series since "Friends" to beat CBS' "Survivor."
The show, produced by ABC Studios, concerns a global blackout that hits mankind, giving people a glimpse into their future.

Like LOST, ABC should look at how long people will hold on as the show goes flakey.
