She’s baaaaack. Maybe.

Heather Locklear is reportedly in talks to reprise her ‘special guest star’ role as demanding ad exec Amanda Woodward in The CW’s update of ‘Melrose Place.’

Earlier this month at the TCA press tour, ‘Melrose’ executive producer Todd Slavkin said they’ve already got a storyline in mind should the actress decide to come aboard.

‘The door is always open for Heather Locklear,” he told reporters. “We’re huge fans and have a great way for her to come into the show.”

Locklear would join a cast that already includes original ‘Melrose’ stars Laura Leighton, back as red-headed troublemaker Sydney Andrews, and Thomas Calabro, who returns as diabolical doctor Michael Mancini. Josie Bissett and Daphne Zuniga will also be back as guest stars.

Grant Show has also said he isn’t opposed to a return. “Maybe next year,” he said during the TCA session for his new show ‘Accidentally on Purpose.’ Slavkin added that he and Show talked recently and said that “stuff is brewing.”
