Mary J. Blige to guest judge ‘American Idol’ auditions in Atlanta

Who else will be dropping by the ‘American Idol’ audition rounds? Mary J. Blige.

Fox confirmed today that the R&B singer will serve as a guest judge at the Atlanta auditions, which take place Sunday and Monday. Blige will join Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Kara DioGuardi on the panel.

Still no word on when Katy Perry will make her ‘Idol’ guest judge debut. Victoria Beckham is finishing up her stint helping to hand out golden tickets to Hollywood today in Boston.
