Perhaps Medium would have had a larger viewership in the past couple of weeks had NBC been able to get a quality feed to its customers. We TiVo the Monday night shows to watch together as a family through the week and for the past 3 weeks in a row (including last night's broadcast), the video is black and the audio is off! We have all had to crowd around the computer and watch it on Hulu.com.

Get your act together NBC - the viewers already know you as "NoBody Cares" as you've proved with cutting favorites Lipstick Jungle and others from this season. Without Medium - and by moving Chuck/Heroes to "time share" status - you will lose even MORE viewers than before. Forget all this reality B.S. - and tell Jay Leno to go home - your programming choices are off the hook... as in OUT OF TOUCH and sans land line from your core viewership. Quit listening to those marketing/PR guys and read the blogs/boards - THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN!!!
