This sucks. Seriously. I love this show.

This is a real shame. Actually, it sucks. I loved this show. It'll probably be replaced by another crappy reality show.
I'll tell you what happened. They put this at the end of their lineup on Sunday and it got lost cuz no one could figure out when it really started or ended during football season.

TAKE THE GOOD ONES OFF ! KEEP THE JUNK AS USUAL. GOD BLESS CABLE.

Figures. I think I'll just quit watching network TV. Cable has better shows anyway (Saving Grace, The Cleaner, and In Plain Sight, just to name 3). As with everything else, network TV is playing to the lowest common denominator. LISTEN UP! Not everybody loves reality shows! I don't know about anybody else, but I watch TV to escape. I get enough reality in my daily life.

I have never posted a comment but I can't believe the show is cancelled. We just started watching this season and it is great. Tough to follow when the show runs late because of sports etc. but we LOVE the show. Too bad there is not a finality to it for the characters.

This is a Sunday night must watch show that did not get the advertisement nor the once a season break. They would stop showing The Unit several times during the season. Thank goodness my DVR alerted me to new episodes. I have not missed one show. Reconsider CBS reconsider.

Reconsider CBS Reconsider. The Unit is the best show on Sunday nights. I have not missed an episode yet.

Never have posted a comment but I can't believe the CBS group cancel this show. I know how ratings worked. My family is in the Media/News industry. And knowing real well that CBS has the lowest viewers in the news against the other 2 networks plus FOX being number 1 in the News cable this is way they have to cut the "VERY GOOD SHOW" THE UNIT, !!
I never missed an episode even when they changed it to Sunday's. Sounds politics is involved, since the unit episodes are very real to our day to day lives on our National Security, and the Unit plays a middle of the politics arena, BINGO!! They are not what the BIG RIGHT WIGS THINK AND WANT..... Let's all boycott CBS ON SUNDAY!!!!

I'm not watching CBS anymore and neither is my family. They have started a trend of stupid reality television. I hate "Survivor" and they cancel "The Unit" which is crazy. It was one of the shows my family watched together. Now, I'm just going to watch "House". What is the name of that show that came on before the unit that was so boring. I never watched it but they are keeping it I think. That's dumb because it is a real sleeper. Well it's my chance i guess to not watch as much t.v. Although I think dad is buying HBO now.

It is amazing that this show was canceled, because it was capable of being watched by a family since there was no sex or bad language and the actual violence was minimal - w/ rarely, if ever, any blood seen. CBS should be ashamed of putting this show in the time slot it occupied, for there was always a conflict with DVR's due to earlier sports running over their scheduled times. What utter nonsense will we all have to be subjected to in lace of the unit??? PLEASE, will another network PLEASE pick this show up. If scrubs was picked up by ABC, then certainly The Unit has got a chance. WRITE TO CBS PEOPLE!!!

CBS has blinders on. They are "focusing" on a younger demographic. In Other words.. Forget YOU , thinking, middle-aged, right centered, loyalist types... No room at the Inn for you..
They want more Reality TV Zombies to mold into consumers of their tripe .. much easier than Working for a paycheck.. BAH

what a terrible decision.. we love the unit so much we would dvr 1 1/2 hours past its tme to make sure we saw it during footbal season
I demand at least a 2 hour movie special to tie up loose ends..

Maybe if CBS aired the show at a consistent time slot it would draw more viewers. On the east coast you never know if it will start at 10 pm or 11 pm. Maybe they should check iTunes download numbers. I know if it's canceled my own active duty military unit is switching to Brian Williams at NBC. That's a lot of men in 20-30 age group switching to a network at a time when I think CBS needs the demographic to stay tuned in. What a bad decision.

Truly stunned that television execs can put on some of the crap they do, and then cancel The Unit, one of if not the best shows on TV! Crazy!!!

No wonder CBS is a half rated station as they wouldn't know a good thing if they had to. Get rid of 60 minutes, a real dog that won't hunt, and put the Unit in it's spot. The whole problem is the Sunday night hour and no consistency in showing the program at the same scheduled times.

what the heck are they thinking, we should ban to gether like the crowd from Jericho. THat show got canceled to and through write in's and fan outrage brought it back. If that doesn't work then a network should pick it up maybe even Spike or TNT. CBS has no ides what it has or what it is losing. This is why CBS is known for being the old people channel. Maybe the'll rerun some of the old murder she wrote or diagnosis murder.

A cable network should pick up this series. It was a very good, well thought out show. We're sorry to see it go. Networks just look at the bottom line ($$$$) instead of caring about what audiences truly like.

I am truly disappointed that the Unit has been canceled. It is one of the best shows on TV these days. It seems like every time my husband and I get involved in a recurring TV show it gets canceled. Take Cane. That was a great show with Jimmy Smits but CBS canceled it during the strike. There was never any closure as will there won't be closure with the Unit. I, too, hope that another network picks this great series up and it returns. Why would CBS pick up Medium, a show that's really done it all and should be canceled and NOT keep something as great as the Unit? I just don't understand the minds that run these networks!

I can not believe CBS canceled this excellent show. I am so tired of the new garbage coming out, and the networks get rid of shows that are established and have a good loyal fan base. There are very few shows on the CBS network that are worth watching any more. America is inundated with terrible reality shows, or shows that have no intelligence, messages or good morals in them. The Unit has all 3, good charaters, good morals, and shows our elite forces at work in an area we never think about. Please reconsider this bad choice for cancelation and reinstate this show this fall!
