CBS renews The Amazing Race

And they say you can’t believe everything you read on Twitter. Well, this you can.

Phil Keoghan, who hosts ‘The Amazing Race,’ and is currently on a cross-country bike tour, took time out of his busy cycling schedule to tweet his excitement over his Emmy-winning show’s renewal.

“Great news. Just got the call from the Network. CBS has ordered another season of “The Amazing Race,’ he said.

CBS will officially announce the renewal today, sources said.
