'Biggest Loser's' Amy: I blew it

We've tried, and failed, to figure out what Amy was thinking when she gave the ax to sweet Coleen instead of -- bleck! -- the manipulative and conniving Vicky.

So it was nice of Amy to answer questions via e-mail and through NBC. We basically asked her: What were you thinking??? You had this one in the bag. You were flying under the radar, ready to bag that $250,000 prize, and then you inexplicably kept the bigger threat on board, only to have her stab you in the back the following week. Again: What were you thinking????

Here's what Amy had to say:

You know, I was being pulled in different directions, and when you are isolated from the world and the people you REALLY trust (ie: your MOTHER!), it's hard to figure out who to trust. At the time, I thought this was the best decision, so I just ran with it ....and yes, Vicky WAS a bigger threat than Coleen...if I played the game differently, I would have been $250k richer :)

We also asked: What did you learn from all of this? In retrospect, would you do things differently? And Amy said:

I have learned to trust my OWN instincts and not be influenced by other people; and ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOUR MOTHER!!! :)

Thanks again to Amy for not sugar-coating it. So. Who do you think will get the boot tonight?

If Vicky wins the money, I will not watch the biggest loser again

I think Amy is "in love" with her trainer, Bob, and didn't want to disappoint him again by voting off another Black Team member (Vicky). Bob was really ticked at Amy when she voted off Brady, and Amy should not have made any promises to Miss Vicky. I didn't feel a bit sorry for Icky Vicky last night when she was gripped with the fear of jumping into the pool. I would have given her 2 minutes to jump then turned the lights off and went to bed. (Shame on me!)

I have been a viewer of Biggest Loser since season 1. It is actually one of the only shows that I watch during the week. The show is really changing the lives of the contestants and viewers and inspiring so many to find themselves. If the producers allow this show to be turned into the DRAMA of the other reality shows they will lose myself and a lot of other viewers. Vicky should be ashamed of herself. I would be embarrassed to admit that I knew her. And I would be really concerned to be one of her patients.

I also feel that if vicki wins biggest loser this season i will stop watching the show. I cannot believe the lengths some people go to win money.

I am just another viewer who is sick to death of Vicky. She would do anything for money. What kind of message does that send to her children. Michelle is the only one left who deserves to win. Heba and her husband are almost as bad as Vicky. Is it just me or does anyone else think that Bob brings out the worst in people. At least this season it seems that way.

I have been a fan of the Biggest Loser since it started, and have never seen such horrible people as who they have on there this year. Vicky especially, Brady, Heba and Ed are simply terrible people who act like a foursome of high school kids who are mean to others simply for their personal enjoyment - I will not watch the show again if any one of them wins - Michelle is the only one that deserves to win the money and I hope she kicks their buts next week.
Horrible, Horrible people..... Shame on Bob for encouraging it. I have lost a lot of respect for him.

I don't agree with Amy's decision but I can understand her being pulled in many directions and we all know how conniving & devious Vicky is.
BL is my fav show. With Amy out of the running for the $250,000 I am voting for Michelle to win it!!!!

Vicky is the most vile person I have ever seen on any reality show. She litterally makes my skin crawl. I feel very sorry for her poor children. Hopefully they don't take after her! YIKES! It must be so embarassing to be her and be watching this show. She is ugly and spiteful. I sure hope she doesn't win. Ed and Heba are not much better.

I just don't understand any of it. How can these people not be embarassed about themselves? I mean come on everyone in America is watching...imagine what they would do in private. Scary thought.
