FX's 'Sons of Anarchy' rides to Season 2
FX has picked up a 13-episode second season of its rookie biker drama "Sons of Anarchy."
The series premiered to a 1.2 network rating/3 share among adults 18 to 49 -- up significantly from FX's last series premiere, "Damages."
"It's incredibly gratifying to everyone at FX in at this time when 'The Shield' -- the show that got our critically acclaimed original programming brand started -- is airing its final season, their loyal audience has embraced 'Sons of Anarchy' and made it a success," said network president-general manager John Landgraf.
"Anarchy" revolves around a gang of outlaw motorcycle bikers, running and protecting the fictional small town of Charming, Calif. Charlie Hunnam, Katey Sagal and Ron Perlman star.
New episodes air at 10 Wednesdays.

Every wednesday at 9, my eyes were glued to the screen. Each episode had me asking for more. I can't wait for season two to start.

This show is the best. I have to record it on my DVR and I truely never miss and episode. I am always on the edge of my seat. This show is one thing my mother in law and I have in common. When this show is on we are glued, wondering what will happen next and it is always a bummer you have to wait a whole week for a new episode. Jax is so sexy!!!!!!!

still no word on when season 2 will be premeiring? cant wait if you havent watched the show nows the time to get caught up so you know whats going on in the new episodes when they start

I have grown addicted to the show and can't wait to see what happens next!!! it is sooooooooooooo good!!!! i love it please let there many more seasons to come!!!!

From the Mr. Sutters Blog back in february, he has no idea when season 2 will air. They just got the first episode script approved by the bigwigs in the office. They are working on the first four scripts. who knows how long. But he did say they will start production in the end of April. Maybe we will see this show come out for the summer months. But I highly doubt it, more than likely we will be seeing season 2 on the fall lineup. I know it sucks, but hey what can you do. Either wait for the really good stuff, or we get them to give us mediocrity sooner. I say wait!

This show is well thought out and well written. there are only 2 shows on the tube that i make sure not to miss. Breaking Bad and Sons of Anarchy. The only 2 shows that dare push the envelope of whats really going on and sparing us the typical sugar coating that you see on most TV shows. RIGHT ON FX and AMC.

i bought season one from usa and i just watched it in edinburgh with pals its amazing best tv show for along time.
