Cook's 5th song: Don't want to miss a thing

David Cook's 5th song is "Don't Want to Miss A Thing" by Aerosmith. I really wish it was "Always Be My Baby" that was the week where I thought - "This guy has GOT IT".

I'm wondering if Cook will add his new single towards the end of the tour as his album nears completion? That would be smart. Also a good idea for Archie and Kristy Lee.

I saw the Vegas concert last night. They said there were 12,000 people there! The format was that they come in in the order they were eliminated, i.e., Chikezie first, etc. They each sang 3 songs which was great. The excitement built as the performers got to the top contestants. It was so interesting hearing them in person vs. television. I have to say - they all sounded way more impressive in person - and we loved them from our living rooms on tv! They all seemed so much more confident and relaxed too. We flew in from Texas to see the show. I kept wondering where all the people were from - why they were seeing in in Vegas, were some locals, were they from all over the country? The audience was a lot more middle aged than I expected, but very mixed. Screams pealed out when David A. came on stage. You have to hear it in person to understand how shrill it is. We came away loving each of our top 10 more! Go to one of the concerts, if you can!

I went to San Diego concert .More younger crowed there. The energy level went to the roof when DC came out. It was all good with the rest of the Idols ,but DC did it for me 100%

David Cook tackling Mr. David Grohl and the Foo's? My hero? THATS AWESOME!

I hope Ramiele steps up her game during the tour. She is the weakest link of the very strong group. She demonstrated no stage presence and a weak voice with terrible 'dancing'.
At Staples, tons of people left during KLC's set because she's country. But she was surprisingly entertaining and worked the crowd well.
