Looks like ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ needs a new work-flow chart.

Matt’s back on the Blue Team.

Jen’s back on the Red Team.

Former archenemies Christina and Corey are now banding together -- against Jen.

Louross goes home. The piggy Petrozza lives to see another elimination. And Bobby’s boast -- that he’d take it all and become Gordon Ramsay’s newest second-in-command -- is looking less outlandish with each passing challenge.

Louross was a surprise, though. It’s so hard to tell whether he was really a muck-up in the kitchen. But he definitely doesn’t have the temperament -- there’s no pouting in a kitchen. At least he had a taste of sweet revenge before he was booted. He got to watch Jen go down in flames when she helped lead the team to defeat in a kitchen challenge that relied heavily on communication. And then Louross watched her get Chef Ramsay’s backhand for bullying to get her way with a menu. (The men seemed unable to stand up to her for some reason. Perhaps she just wore them down with her endless talking. ‘Jen gives me a headache,’ and ‘She just won’t shut up,’ they said.)

Along with Bobby, Corey’s profile seems to be steadily rising. But would you eat in her kitchen? Maybe it’s just me, and the best chef should win no matter what their personality ... but she just seems so darn sneaky. I can tell you that I definitely wouldn’t eat in Matt’s kitchen. Last week, he lopped off the tip of his finger while preparing one dish. This week might have been worse. He was on pasta duty, and diners kept sending the dish back to the kitchen again and again.

One time, it was undercooked. Another time, it was overseasoned. But by what? The salt shaker? Or a panting Matty?

It all led up to this reprimand from Chef Ramsay: ‘You’re dripping sweat in the papardelle! So much that it’s salty now!’
