'Gossip Girl': Connor Paolo’s character pushed out of the closet

04:36 PM PT, Apr 23 2008

Connorpaoloericgossipgirl_2 After all the rumors of which "Gossip Girl" character is coming out of the closet, Lily van der Woodsen, er, Kelly Rutherford let it slip to US Weekly that it is indeed her TV son Eric. Just as I suspected. CW representatives won't confirm the news, but Rutherford says in the video that she's already filmed the scene. Plus, we know the episode airs May 3.

She also reveals her character will be wearing Vera Wang on her wedding to Bart Bass and that complications involving Rufus will arise. He's going to have to pull a bigger stunt than walking from Brooklyn to Manhattan wearing a flimsy sweater in the dead of winter. I'd like to see Lily pull a Ross Geller and say Rufus' name instead of Bart's at the altar. We shall see...

This confirms what I thought about Eric too but how could the new episode be on May 3rd because that is a Saturday and Gossip Girl airs on Mondays?

Oops, I meant May 5! Thanks erin!

Connor Paolo's complexion is really really white.
