Dad vs. Dad

The networks are wasting no time drumming up new reality fare. The latest offering: “My Dad is Better Than Your Dad,” a reality competition from Mark Burnett and the folks at Reveille (“The Biggest Loser”). Coming soon to NBC, natch.

The winner of “a series of entertaining and unique stunt-driven challenges” will get an undetermined amount of prize money and “the all-important bragging rights.” Wish you could take part in this “fun-filled, family-friendly” show? An open casting call for father/son and father/daughter teams is being held Saturday at NBC’s Burbank headquarters. (Go to www.nbc.com/casting for details.
