Protesters decended upon a ‘Desperate Housewives’ shoot today in Toluca Lake, where the crew was shooting interiors and exteriors at a house. Things got a little disruptive but not out of hand, ABC studios spokeswoman Charissa Gilmore said. They didn’t have to shut down, she said. ‘We’re still going to get a day in. All of our shows are in production.’ She confirmed that the production unit brought a green screen onto the Toluca Lake set to make sure that people in red shirts didn’t show up in their takes.
