Santa's online helper: Shipping deadlines and price trackers
Got your eye on those Jimmy Choo spikes, but don't want to pay full price? With desperate retailers slashing prices left and right, you don't want to miss a one-day sale or time-limited discount. Check out ShoppingNotes.com, a clutter-free, brain-dead simple site that'll send you an e-mail when prices drop on those kickers. Just paste in the link to the item you want, type in your e-mail address and you're done. (Well, almost -- you have to click an activate button in an e-mail that ShoppingNotes sends you to verify your e-mail address.)
Say those heels will be a Christmas present for a friend in New York. You want to get them when they're on sale, but you also need to get them there on time, so head on over to Dealhack, which has compiled an impressive list of holiday shipping deadlines for a plethora of online merchants, from Amazon and Apple to Zappos and Watchzone.
Thanks to Lifehacker for the tip on these sites.
