Got guests overnighting this holiday season at the InterContinental Century City? Or maybe you're headed up to San Francisco and staying at the InterContinental there while you do a little shopping in Union Square. The hotel chain has a deal for guests: They'll mail home a box (up to 30 pounds) of your purchases for free. For more details, click here.

Concierge services has become quite popular these days. Hotel employed concierge services
attract many potential hotel guests and bring in good business. Corporate concierge services
have gained popularity and are also demanded in the market.

Hotel services are the factors, which make the visitors more joyed. Usually guests hesitate to have lot of services from the Hotel staff, due to having high prices and else. I suggest it should be mentioned in the manue list of service
and other facilities given by the hotel management. Thus guest can imagine that the stated service is to take or not.
