Online chat: Thanksgiving SOS with Noelle Carter

Ncarter

The big day is almost here: Your turkey is brining, your bread crumbs are drying, your green beans ... wait, you forgot the green beans. And the bread crumbs look more like blobs than crumbs. Help!

Times Test Kitchen manager Noelle Carter will answer your last-minute Thanksgiving questions on Wednesday at 2 p.m. She'll also have ideas for leftovers. And chances are good that she'll have suggestions on working bacon into a dish.

The chat will take place in the box below.
