Giuliani: Give Me Privacy

Giuliani_1 Standing with Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger today at an anti-gang press conference in Monterey Park, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani called for privacy in his relationship with his son. Andrew Giuliani (pictured with his father and sister, Caroline) says he has problems with his stepmother, Judith Nathan, and a strained relationship with his father. Rudy Giuliani said this morning:

"My wife Judith is a very loving and caring, good mother and … stepmother. She has done everything she can. The responsibility is mine and I believe that these problems with blended families are challenges, sometimes they are. And the challenges are best worked on in private. The more privacy I can have for my family, the better we are going to be able to deal with all these difficulties."

Giuliani2_2 Giuliani also restated his opinion that Ann Coulter's anti-gay comments about John Edwards were "inappropriate, unnecessary and rude." Schwarzenegger did not comment on the situation, which pretty much overshadowed his meeting on Southern California gangs.

Here is the backstory on Giuliani's second and third marriages, on YouTube.
