Trout plants for Southern California and Eastern Sierra during the week beginning Sept. 7

Barring adverse weather, water or road conditions, the following is a list of Southern California and Eastern Sierra waters, listed by county, that will be stocked with rainbow trout throughout the week of Sept. 7 by the Department of Fish and Game:

VENTURA: None.

SANTA BARBARA: None.

ORANGE: None.

LOS ANGELES:  Jackson Lake.

SAN DIEGO: None.

RIVERSIDE: None.

SAN BERNARDINO: Green Valley Lake, Lake Gregory, Santa Ana River and South Fork of the Santa Ana River.

INYO: None.

MONO: None.

No trout plants for Inyo or Mono County in the first week of September is very odd. What is going on?
