Fires force condor evacuation

Those of you following Julie Sheer's posts on the recent wildfires, may want to check out this video from the Associated Press:

 

   

In a nutshell, the fires in Monterey County have gotten so bad that the Coast Guard was called in to save not only people but several already endangered condors from being engulfed in the flames. Man, those poor birds just cannot catch a break.
