Canada wins gold medal in men's curling

Curling_600

Canada has won the gold medal in men's curling, with Kevin Martin's team defeating Norway, 6-3.

The win gave Canada its 13th gold medal, matching the mark for the most by any nation at a Winter Olympics. The Soviet Union won 13 in 1976 and Norway won 13 in 2002.

So while Canada may not "own the podium," they certainly own the top step, at least in Vancouver.
