Rules aren't for everyone

BEIJING -- The interior of every Olympic venue is a no-smoking area.

That apparently doesn't apply to Chinese security guards.

Two were puffing away on cigarettes in the men's room at the Water Cube aquatics venue during the swimming competition.

It wasn't as if they were sneaking the smokes, either.  Both were standing in front of the sinks.
