McCain hoping to catch some Olympics

Barack Obama is breaking from the rigors of the presidential campaign trail to spend a week in Hawaii. So what does John McCain intend to do with the apparent breather?

For one thing, join the millions of Americans who are watching the competition from the Beijing Olympics. McCain, who describes himself as a "mediocre" JV athlete in high school, is partial to basketball and baseball, according to The Los Angeles Times' Top of The Ticket politics blog.
