Brit pop crooner Bryan Ferry married his girlfriend Amanda Sheppard in Turks and Caicos on Jan. 4, it was announced Tuesday. The former Roxy Music frontman, 66, married the 30-year-old publicist in a small, intimate ceremony at a luxury beach resort, officially making him a slave to love for the second time since his 21-year marriage to Lucy Henmore ended in 2003.

The fact that we’re not hearing about the nuptials until now isn’t a huge surprise considering that the couple -- together since 2008 -- had kept their relationship under wraps due to Sheppard’s past relationship with Ferry’s son Isaac, whom she had a short-term fling with, according to a report from the Daily Telegraph in 2008. Ferry’s son hadn’t reportedly dated Sheppard since the early 2000s.

But Ferry is no stranger to wide age gaps in relationships. He once dated dancer Katie Turner, who was 35 years younger, and Jerry Hall, who was 11 years his junior.
