Beware concert goers! Be wary of internet companies dressing up their websites to look like the "official website" of the venue where the event is held. I just got scammed by a company called Ticket Network, owned by Donald Vaccaro of Vernon Ct. He owns other companies like ticket liquidator, metro entertainment, tickets plus, and the parent company Ticket Software LLC. They will easily fool an unsuspecting person into thinking they are on the Official Website of the venue by dressing it up to look genuine. They do this to gain your trust, and then hope you don't read the "fine print" disclaimer until after your order goes through. This happened to me, and after I got my email confirmation, I noticed that I had never heard of the actual seller of my tickets, and did a Better Business Bureau investigation, and found they had an "F" rating. I tried to get them to stop the transaction less than an hour later, and they refused, saying all sales are final. Ticket Network is a sleazy company and you should avoid them at all costs. Bottom line is that if you don't want to get ripped off, buy you tickets at the box office of the venue, or at least call them to make sure you get instructions on how to access their legitimate website. Learn from my pain. :)
