Well, here’s an unexpected remix: Michigan’s gnarliest goth-synth-rap trio Salem giving the Britney Spears (as cowritten by Ke$ha) single ‘Till The World Ends’ a vigorous onceover of chopped-and-screwed vocals, a half-time 808 drawl and gain-ravaged synthesizers. This might be essentially what the world sounded like inside Spears’ head circa 2007, so pop some popcorn and enjoy the video’s night-vision footage of strippers and helicopter strafing runs and think about the world ending, and how dancing won’t do much to help.
