Kanye West gave fans G.O.O.D. Fridays, hip-hop producer Swizz Beatz ushered in Monster Mondays and Snoop Dogg recently launched his #PuffPuffPassTuesdays.

Now Timbaland is getting in on the action of free weekly music giveaways.

Dubbed Timbaland Thursdays, the noted producer continues the gloriously generous trend of whetting fans’ appetites in-between projects on a weekly basis with free tracks.

He kicked off the series with the release of “Take Ur Clothes Off,” which features Missy Elliott.

Though the hard-knocking track is exactly what you’d expect from a Timbo produced cut –- and there is nothing wrong with his slick, hyperactive, futuristic beats –- the real surprise is the team up with frequent collaborator Elliott.

The female emcee has largely been dormant from the music scene, with her last single being 2008’s whimsical ‘Best, Best.’ The pairing also puts to rest those pesky rumors that the two were on the skids after Elliott didn’t make an appearance on Timbaland’s second installment of his collaboration-heavy ‘Shock Value’ series -- for which he is currently working on a third disc.

“Allow me to reintroduce myself/my name Miss/I rock it like no one else,” she spits on the track, which is sure to remind listeners why they fell in love with the eccentric rapper-producer.
