KROQ announces line-up for its 2010 Weenie Roast

The line-up to KROQ's incredibly popular summer showcase, the KROQ Weenie Roast, has been announced, and this year it features a heavy-hitting line-up of, among others, breaking acts such as Temper Trap and Passion Pit, critically acclaimed artists such as Spoon and Silversun Pickups, and veteran bands  looking to refresh their images for a new generation -- Hole and Stone Temple Pilots

The concert, at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater, is set for June 5.

Details: Tickets go on sale Saturday at noon, and all proceeds will benefit the Heal the Bay & Surfrider Foundation.

Inarguably, one of the most adventurous line-up, in YEARS.
Spoon, ROCKS.

ewww hole ...eww devo. At least hole is better watch then some senior citizens playing techno.

Personally, I'd rather watch a bunch of old men play techno music than to watch a Yoko Ono wannabe butcher music in general. Why Kurt Cobain didn't kill her before he shot himself is beyond my comprehension.
