Alex Chilton remembered on the floor of Congress

All the action may be on healthcare in Congress right now, but Rep. Steve Cohen  (D-Tenn.) just gave a truly moving tribute to Big Star's Alex Chilton on the House floor today. It's brief, earnest and disarmingly sweet -- just like a Big Star song. (Hat tip: Spencer Ackerman)
