Black List 2011: The complete list of Hollywood's hottest scripts

Below are all 73 entries on the 2011 Black List. While there are no female writers in the top 10, there are some farther down on the list. It's interesting to see how many young writers are already repped by major agencies, a shift Black List founder Franklin Leonard attributes to the brisk acquisition marketplace this year -- during 2011 about 100 scripts have been picked up by studios or independent distributors.

Warner Bros. was the most aggressive studio buyer of scripts that subsequently landed on the Black List. What gets made into a movie remains to be seen. Enjoy perusing...
