Wall Street Roundup: Waiting for Ben. Settlement or lawsuit.

Awaiting Ben. Stocks aren't moving much Wednesday morning as investors wait for Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke to give his second-ever press conference.

Settlement or lawsuit. A few state attorneys general said they will sue Wall Street banks if the banks do not come to a settlement over allegations that they mishandled foreclosures.

The Goldman laptop. A look at the unassuming New York woman who accidentally came into possession of a computer that used to belong to Goldman Sachs' most notorious former employee, Fabrice Tourre.
