Insurance broker Bolton & Co. to move in Pasadena

Insurance broker Bolton & Co. will move into new quarters at Pasadena Corporate Park, a real estate brokerage said Wednesday.

The company, which provides insurance and risk management services, will move from 245 S. Los Robles Avenue to the complex at 3475 E. Foothill Ave. owned by Wells Real Estate Investment Trust II, brokerage Jones Lang LaSalle said.

Bolton will move about 120 employees into new offices of 30,884 square feet on April 1. The new quarters will accommodate 34 more workers, the company said.
