This Buick Regal GNX might be the oldest new car in America. It has been parked in the showroom of Boulevard Buick in Signal Hill for 23 years, never sold and never registered. The mint, “new in box” hot rod is faster than the Porsche of the day and by some estimates is now worth upward of $120,000.
