Holiday hiring expected to increase this year

Many retailers are boosting their holiday hiring plans this year after cutting back on temporary workers during the recession. Industry estimates show that retailers will add 550,000 to 600,000 jobs to their payrolls from October to December, retail reporter Andrea Chang writes.
