A primer for women in banking

If you are a woman, consider that "playing fair" might sabotage your career in finance.

That, at least, is the message of a card on the desk of human resources employees at Citibank -- a card that was picked up by a job candidate at the bank and then broadcast by his friend, a New York blogger. The points were taken from the bestseller "Nice Girls Don't Get the Corner Office." 

Take a look at the other advice:

A Citi spokesperson said, "The material in question is not part of Citi's formal leadership training or human resources communications. It appears to have been taken from a published book by a noted author in the field of executive coaching."
