In the kitchen at Universal Studios Hollywood

Universal Studios Hollywood operates a centralized kitchen to better manage quality and introduce a more upscale selection of dishes to feed up to 25,000 guests a day. It's part of a larger trend in the theme park industry to boost food sales. The kitchen goes through 2,100 pounds of chicken a day and 300 gallons of salad dressing a week.
