Traders being punished? There was lots of news Thursday about trading firms being punished for misleading investors during the financial crisis. But the Wall Street Journal reports that financial firms are winning most lawsuits brought by disgruntled investors.

Airlines merging. US Airways and United are again talking about a merger.
